Virginia born Eugene R. Vango specializes in modern art. He has participated in over 30 one-person shows and 60 group shows and won numerous Best-in-Show ribbons on the state and national level. He served as an associate curator for the Tuskegee Airmen exhibit for the Black History Museum and Cultural Center of Virginia in Richmond and is currently retired but continues to participate as an exhibitor, curator, and musician.
